摘要
以Co SO4·7H2O、Mg(CH3COO)2·4H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O为原料,琼脂为燃烧剂,采用凝胶燃烧法合成尖晶石型的MgxCo1-xAl2O4纳米蓝色陶瓷颜料。通过X-衍射(XRD)、差热-热重(TG-DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)等分析手段确定了颜料的物相、结构、粒径、组成以及对光谱的反射。结果表明:随着Mg2+掺入量的增加,导致晶格发生小的畸变,粒子粒径减小,颜料位于蓝光区波段(435-500 nm)的反射率也越来越高,得到的蓝色颜料更明亮;以琼脂为燃烧剂,降低了颜料尖晶石结构的晶化温度。
Nanosized spinel type cobalt blue pigments of MgxCo1-xAl2O4 were synthesized by gel-combustion method using Co SO4·7H2O,Mg(CH3COO)2·4H2O and Al(NO3)3·9H2O as raw materials,and agar as incendiary agent. XRD,TG-DTA,SEM,EDS UV- Vis DRS were used to determine the pigment phase,structure,particle size,composition and reflection spectrum. The results indicate that increasing doping amount of Mg2+leads to small distortion of the lattice and decrease of the particle size. The pigment reflectivity in blue band(435-500 nm)is also increased,thus the blue pigment becomes brighter. At the same time,the crystallization temperature of pigment with spinel structure is decreased by using agar as combustion agent.
