摘要
利用固体与分子经验电子理论(EET)分析300M钢低温回火组织特征相,计算了特征相最强共价键上共价电子对数的统计值及合金相原子状态组数和合金相界面电子密度差的统计值及相界面上存在的原子状态组数,利用电子结构参数计算了300M钢低温回火后各结构单元的强化权重,最后计算出300M钢低温回火后的强度。结果表明,低温回火后强度的计算值为2 278.2 MPa,计算结果与实际符合较好。
Low temperature tempered microstructures of 300 M were analyzed by empirical electron theory of solids and molecules(EET). Based on EET,some electronic structure parameters were calculated,including statistical values of covalent electron pairs on strongest covalent bond of the phase,atomic state group number of the phase,statistical values of electron density difference on alloy phase interface,and atomic state group number of the phase interface. The respective units' s strengthening weights of 300 M after low temperature tempering were calculated using these electronic structure parameters. At last,the tensile strength of 300 M was calculated. Tht results show that the calculated strength after low temperature tempering is 2 278.2 MPa,the result accords with the actual results very well.
