应变强化对06Cr19Ni10不锈钢焊接接头低温冲击性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究应变强化对06Cr19Ni10不锈钢焊接接头低温冲击性能的影响,采用PAW+GTAW组合焊的焊接方法分别对δ=6 mm和δ=8 mm的奥氏体不锈钢06Cr19Ni10进行焊接,焊接完成后对部分焊件进行应变速率为3 mm/min、应变量为8%的应变强化处理。对应变强化前、后06Cr19Ni10奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头进行-196℃低温冲击试验,并用扫描电镜观察冲击试样的断口形貌。结果表明:两组试样应变强化前、后焊接接头的低温冲击吸收能量及侧向膨胀量均远大于标准规定的最低值,表明应变强化前、后的焊接接头合格且具有较好的韧性;焊件经应变强化后,焊缝的韧性得到提高,热影响区的韧性稍有降低。 In order to study the effect of strain strengthening on low temperature impact properties of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel welded joints,δ=6 mm and δ=8 mm austenitic stainless steel 06Cr19Ni10 were respectively welded by the combination welding of GTAW and PAW. After welding,strain strengthening treatment was uesd to treat the part of the welding parts at strain rate of 3mm/min and the strain of 8%. Low temperature impact tests of 06Cr19Ni10 austenitic stainless steel welded joints before and after strain strengthening were conducted at- 196 ℃. The fracture morphologies of impact specimens were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that low temperature impact absorption energy and lateral expansion of welded joints before and after strain strengthening in the two groups are all much higher than the minimum value specified in the standards,indicating that welded joints before and after strain strengthening are qualified and have excellent toughness. After strain strengthening,the toughness of weld is improved and the toughness of heat affected zone decreases slightly.
