摘要 基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台建立AZ31镁合金环件径轴向热轧的三维弹塑性热力耦合有限元模型,分析轧辊转速对成形环件的应变和温度分布不均匀性以及轧制力能参数的影响规律。结果表明:随着轧辊转速的增加,等效应变分布愈来愈不均匀,温度分布由不均匀过渡到均匀;同时轧制力、轧制力矩逐渐减小。 Based on the ABAQUS/Explicit code,a 3D elastic-plastic and coupled thermo-mechanical FE model of hot radial-axial rolling of AZ31 magnesium alloy was proposed to analyze the influence of roll speed on the non-uniform distribution of strain and temperature,rolling force and power parameters. The results show that when roll speed increases,the strain distribution of the rolled ring becomes less homogeneous,and the temperature distribution becomes less homogeneous first,and then more homogeneous. The rolling force and rolling moment gradually descend with the increase of roll speed.
