摘要
为研究短切碳纤维分散均匀性对毫米波衰减性能的影响,分析团聚现象及原因,建立了分散均匀性表征方法,依据半波长谐振理论选取1.5、4.0 mm碳纤维为测试对象,制备了具有相同面密度、不同分散均匀性的短切碳纤维测试样板,并进行了3、8 mm波的衰减率测试。实验结果表明:短切碳纤维团聚对毫米波衰减影响显著,随着团聚纤维束增多、分散均匀性变差,短切碳纤维对毫米波衰减性能呈明显下降趋势。
In order to study the effect of dispersion uniformity on millimeter wave attenuation performance,the aggregation phenomenon and the reason of short carbon fiber were analyzed,characterization method of dispersion uniformity was established. On the basis of half wave resonance theory,1.5 mm and 4.0 mm carbon fiber was selected as test object,the short carbon fiber test sample with the same density,different dispersion uniformity was prepared,and 3 mm and 8 mm wave attenuation rate was tested. The experimental results show that the aggregation phenomenon of short carbon fiber has significant effects on millimeter wave attenuation. With the increase of fiber bundles,dispersion uniformity becomes poor,the millimeter wave attenuation performance appears a downward trend.
