非光滑Al基复合材料制备及耐磨性研究

摘要 采用放电等离子烧结技术(SPS)制备Si C短纤维(Si Cf)和Ti3Si C2双相强化Al基复合材料,研究了增强相Si Cf含量和烧结温度对复合材料的光滑面和非光滑面摩擦性能的影响。研究表明:烧结温度为400~550℃,复合材料的非光滑表面摩擦因数明显低于光滑表面,耐磨性能显著优于光滑表面;当摩擦载荷为49 N,含1%Si Cf、5%Ti3Si C2的双相强化Al基复合材料,其非光滑表面比光滑表面的摩擦因数低15%,磨损量降低60%;含5%Si Cf、5%Ti3Si C2的复合材料,其非光滑表面的磨损量比光滑表面降低75%。 Al-matrix composites were prepared by spark plasma sintering,and the effect of Si Cfcontent and sintering temperature on wear resistance of the smooth surface and non-smooth surface of the composites was investigated. The results show that,when the sintering temperature is from 400 ℃ to 550 ℃,the friction coefficient for non-smooth surface of composites is obviously lower than that of the smooth surface,and the wear resistance is better. Under the friction load of 49 N,the friction coefficient for non-smooth surface of 1%Si Cf/5%Ti3Si C2/94% Al composites is 15% lower than that of smooth surface,the wear volume reduces by 60%;the wear volume of non-smooth surface of 5%Si Cf/5%Ti3Si C2/90% Al composites is reduced by 75% than that of smooth surface.
