摘要
利用Hoagland营养液栽培试验,研究外源植物激素(生长素IAA、赤霉素GA、水杨酸SA)对菠菜吸收和积累133Cs、88Sr的影响.结果表明:施用植物激素显著提高了菠菜植株对133 Cs、88Sr的吸收、转运和富集,使菠菜叶片的丙二醛含量显著低于对照,而叶绿素含量显著高于对照,植物激素缓解了133Cs、88Sr胁迫对菠菜叶片的过氧化伤害,保护了菠菜叶片细胞叶绿体膜及其相应的功能.由此证明,植物激素的添加可强化菠菜对133Cs和88Sr污染的修复效果.
Using Hoagland nutrient solution culture experiment ,the effects of exogenous plant hor-mones (IAA ,GA ,SA) on the absorption and accumulation of 133 Cs and 88Sr in spinach is studied .The re-sults indicate that plant hormones significantly increased the uptake , translocation and accumulation of ^133 Cs and ^88 Sr in spinach plants ,and the content of MDA in the spinach leaves is significantly lower than that of the control ,while the content of chlorophyll was significantly higher than that of the control .^133Cs and 88Sr stress are alleviated by plant hormones ,and the cell chloroplast membrane of spinach leaves and its corresponding function are protected by the oxidative damage .The results show that the remediation effect of the ^133 Cs and ^88Sr pollution of spinach can be enhanced by the addition of plant hormone .
