The regional characteristic of vocational education requires the construction of the regional vocational education resources ,to build and share the high quality teaching resources ,to promote the edu-cation fair ,and to improve the teaching quality .T he paper analyzes in detail relative measures to solve the problems of uncertain positioning ,poor mechanism ,repetition of low-quality resources and low utilization rate in the construction of regional vocational education resource base .
