福建省高校休闲体育服务类专业人才培养现状调查与对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasure Research on the Present Situation of the Cultivation of Leisure Sports Service in Colleges and Universities in Fujian

采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、对比分析等方法,对福建省高校休闲体育服务类专业的人才培养现状进行了研究.研究认为,福建省迫切需要休闲体育服务类专业人才,目前全省有6所高校设置休闲体育服务类专业,但人才培养现状还不尽人意,专业设点少,办学规模较小,培养层次低;实训实习基地建设发展不平衡;校政企合作取得初步成效,但合作深度有待加强等.由此提出建议如下:以市场需求为导向,适时调整培养目标,合理构建具有福建区域特色的休闲课程体系,拓宽休闲体育课程的覆盖面,体现课程体系建设的动态发展;整合资源,健全实践机制,多渠道建设实习实训基地;加大校政企合作力度,提高人才培养的针对性等.

Using literature data ,questionnaire survey ,expert interview ,comparative analysis and oth-er methods ,w e have studied the present situation of the cultivation of leisure sports service in colleges and universities ,and found out that leisure sports services professionals are urgently needed in Fujian .Six uni-versities in Fujian have established leisure sports services majors ,though ,the personnel training situation is still unsatisfactory with problems of less establishments ,small scales ,low-leveled trainings and unbal-anced development of practice training bases .T he university-government and university-enterprise co-oper-ations have obtained the initial effect ,but their depth needs to be strengthened .Based on the above ,we should firstly adjust training target timely ,upon the market demand ,and construct the reasonable leisure sports curriculum system with Fujian regional features ,in order to broaden the course coverage and reflect the dynamic development of the system .Secondly ,we will integrate resources to improve the practical mechanism for multi-training bases .Finally ,we should strengthen the co-operations among universities , government and enterprises to improve the pertinence of the cultivation of talents .
