摘要
对经不同固溶温度(495℃、503℃和513℃)处理的Al-Cu-Mg-Mn合金热轧板材进行金相组织观察,确定合金在495℃固溶不充分,507℃时将发生过烧。通过DSC分析可知在固溶温度一定时,低熔点产物数量随固溶时间延长而减少。当固溶时间一定时,随固溶温度的升高而下降,但当超过过烧温度,会有一些产物不溶解。能谱分析表明,未过烧合金固溶处理后的残留相为豆状S(Al2Cu Mg)相和大块组织含Fe相。
Microstructure observation was conducted on hot-rolled A1-Cu-Mg-Mn alloy sheets under different solution temperatures (495℃, 503℃ and 513℃ ) . The results showed that insufficient solution existed at 495℃ and over-burn appeared at 507℃. DSC analysis showed that when the solution temperature was the same, the number of products at low melting point decreased with the solution time increasing; when the solution time was the same, the number went down with the solution temperature rising; but when the overburn temperature was exceeded, some products would become insoluble. The energy spectrum analysis indicated that the residual phases of the non-overbumt alloy were pisolitic S ( Al2CuMg ) phases and lager structure containing Fe phases after solution treatment.
