摘要
铝筒内表面有表面粗糙度要求的轴向长键的加工,依靠现有常见的机械加工设备很难实现。结合铝的金属特性通过模具压制技术能够高效便捷地完成这一任务。本文所设计的这套模具具有操作方便,经济实用等显著优点,对于类似的加工有借鉴意义。
