摘要
通过对订单评审进行系统的研究,重点针对中小制造企业订单评审中存在的问题进行分析,对订单评审的内容、方式和流程等进行梳理与总结。从专业性和可操作性的角度出发,构建了科学合理的订单评审指标体系,为中小制造型企业订单评审的有效运作提供了工作思路和操作方法。
Based on the research of the order review system, the existing problems in order review in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises was analyzed. The contents, methods and process of the order review were described and summarized. From the point of view of expertise and operability, a scientific and reasonable order review index system has been established, which provides a new working ideas and operation method for the effective operation of the order review in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
