Analysis on Adult College Teaching Development under the Guidance of MOOC Concept——Take Henan as an Example

MOOC是一种大规模的网络开放课程,具有开放性、大规模、课程内容短小精悍和社会性等特点。通过对MOOC模式的分析(以河南省为例),将MOOC模式的理念应用于成人高等教育的建设中去,借鉴MOOC"开放"理念,创新成人高校的教学形式和教学组织管理模式,以期更好地促使成人高等教育在内容和课程建设方面走出自己的特色,让学习者具备更加符合社会需求的能力。

MOOC is a kind of massive network open course which has the features such as openness, large-scale, short but capa- ble courses, sociality and so on. By analyzing MOOC pattern in Henan, the MOOC pattern can be better applied to the construction of adult higher education. And the teaching forms and management mode will be innovated by using MOOC ＇ open＇ concept for reference in order to better promote the adult higher educational education. Only in this way, could the adult education have its own features in contents and curriculum, and the learners could obtain the abilities in line with the needs of society.
