A New Perspective: E-government Applied to the Farmer Education

当前我国电子政府建设仍然存在覆盖度、内容以及操作上的问题,而农民本身也仍然没有在思想和能力上准备好进入电子政府的世界,这让电子政府内有的效能不能完全发挥。因此,应积极推动有关法律法规建设、合理政府职能配置、加强基础设施建设、构建用户导向的电子政府,并努力提高农民适应电子政府要求的素质,通过电子政府和农民自身的融合推动,实现主客体之间的互动,以此来实现电子政府对于农民教育的巨大潜能。

Currently in our country, there still exist some problems in E-government construction, such as the coverage, content and operational problems, while the farmers are still not ready to accept the E-government both in the terms of thought and ability, which limits the performances of E-government. Therefore, we should actively promote the relevant laws and regulations construction, optimize the allocation of government function, strengthen the infrastructure construction, construct the user oriented E-government and strive to improve the quality of farmers. Through the combination of E-government and the farmers themselves, the interaction between the subject and object and the potential of the E-government on the farmer education could be realized.
