摘要
根据双偏心球笼式等速万向节的结构特征,系统、深入地探寻两轴转角时的运动机理,解析出钢球在相应的星形套和钟形壳沟道内的径向位移量;推导出该万向节结构主参数及零件主要尺寸的设计与计算方法,并举例说明。这一运动机理与设计计算方法是对该类产品基础理论和结构设计的重要突破。
According to structural features of double eccentric rzeppa constant velocity universal joint, the movement mechanism of two - axis rotation angle is explored systematically and deeply. The radical displacement of each steel ball in the l"espective star - like inner race and bell - shaped shell raceway is analyzed. The design and calculation method are derived for main dimension of part and main parameters for structure of universal joint, and an example is given for illustration. The movement mechanism and design calculating method are important breakthrough for basic theory and structural design of this kind of product.
