摘要
套圈磨削过程中,为保证套圈的匀速转动和轴、径向的可靠定位,定位支承的双滚轮外圆表面须磨削为单叶双曲面形。分析单叶双曲面的成形原理,通过设计工装夹具实现了滚轮双曲面在平面磨床上的修磨加工,解决了双曲面滚轮只能在数控磨床上磨削加工的限制性。利用平面磨床磨削后的双曲面滚轮进行定位支承,套圈的磨削加工满足了使用要求。
In order to ensure uniform rotation of rings and reliable positioning in axial and radial direction during grind-ing process for rings,the outer circumferential surface of positioning supported double rollers should be uniparted hy-perboloid.The forming principle is analyzed for uniparted hyperboloid.The grinding processing for roller hyperboloid on surface grinder is realized by designing clamp,and the limitation is solved about grinding processing for hyperboloid rollers with CNC grinder.The hyperboloid roller after grinding by surface grinder is used to positioning and supporting, and the grinding processing for rings meets use requirements.
