摘要
分析计算圆锥滚子轴承内圈车削端面、内径面时,2种不同排刀方式下两成形刀之间的距离,通过实例计算说明轴向车刀刀头向上较为理想,避免了生产中的排刀盲目性和刀具干涉现象的发生。
The distance between two forming knifes is analyzed and calculated under two kinds of different knife ar-rangement methods during turning of end face and inner diameter surface for inner rings of tapered roller bearings.The calculation example shows that the upward cutting head of axis turning knife is a relatively ideal to avoid blindness of knife arrangement and interference phenomenon of tool during production.
