摘要
为研究疲劳寿命周期内四点接触球轴承的频域振动特性,在常速恒定载荷工况下运用轴承模拟试验机对其进行了测试分析。结果表明:轴承在磨损初期和中期,振动加速度谱峰值均较小;内圈首先发生疲劳破坏,其故障频率和相邻的峰值点存在近似的倍频关系;得到了轴承疲劳寿命值;通过分析轴承振动加速度幅值谱,可以提高轴承故障诊断的准确性以及工作效率。
In order to study vibration characteristic of frequency domain for four point contact ball bearings in fatigue life cycle,the test analysis is carried out by using simulating tester for bearings under constant speed and load condi-tions.The results show that the peak values of vibration acceleration spectrum are smaller during early and middle wear of bearings.The fatigue damage of inner ring is appeared,there is nearly doubling relationship between fault frequency and adjacent peak point.The fatigue life for bearings is obtained.The accuracy and work efficiency of fault diagnosis for bearings are improved by analyzing vibration acceleration amplitude spectrum of bearings.
