摘要
台湾从2009年开始施行小学图书教师制度,2012年又在中学推行该制度。文章回顾了台湾图书教师制度的发展历程,介绍了台湾图书教师的主要职责:负责学校图书馆经营,读者服务与信息素养教育,阅读推广。同时,对台湾图书教师制度的相关配套措施进行了说明。台湾图书教师制度对大陆地区青少年阅读推广工作的启示包括:坚持政府主导,循序渐进以及学界积极参与。
There have been Teacher Librarian in Taiwan's primary school since 2009, and from 2012, the middle school also had the Teacher Librarian. This article introduces the development history of teacher librarian in Taiwan and describes their responsibilities which include library economy, reader service, information literacy education and promoting reading to youth. In addition, this article introduces supporting measures implemented by the Taiwan government to ensure the teacher librarians' works. The mainland can learn from Taiwan's teacher librarian system in promoting reading to youth which include government leading, proceed in an orderly way and step by step and scholars take an active part in the youth reading.
