多索茶碱对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者气道重塑与痰液、血清炎性指标的影响观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:针对多索茶碱对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者气道重塑与痰液、血清炎性指标的影响进行分析研究。方法随机选取2013年6月至2014年6月期间在盂县人民医院进行慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗的患者80例作为研究对象,将其平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者实施氨茶碱治疗,观察组患者实施多索茶碱治疗。针对两组患者治疗前、治疗5 d后、治疗10 d后的血清气道重塑指标、痰液、血清炎性指标检测结果,进行对比分析。结果观察组治疗后5d、10d的血清气道重塑指标及痰液、血清炎性指标均显著低于对照组,并且观察组治疗后5d、10d的检测水平均明显地低于本组治疗前(P均<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗中,多索茶碱可以有效改善患者的气道重塑,对患者的痰液、血清指标具有良好的作用,所以可以将其在临床治疗中进行推广应用。 Objective To study the effect of doxofylline on the airway remodeling and sputum, serum inflammatory indexes of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Randomly selected 80 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary in People’ s Hospital of Yuxian from June 2013 to June 2014 as the research objects, and averagely divided them into control group and observation group. Control group were treated with aminophylline, observation group were treated with doxofylline.The air-way remodeling indicators, sputum and serum inflammatory index test results of patients before treatment and at fifth and tenth day after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The serum airway re-modeling and sputum, serum inflammatory indexes of observation group at fifth and tenth day after the treatment were all significantly lower than those of control group,and those of observation group at 5th and 10 th day after the treatment were obviously lower than those before the treatment ( all P〈0.05 ) , there were all significant differences.Conclusions In the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, doxofylline can effectively improve the patient ’ s airway remodeling, and has good effect on sputum, serum index, so it is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical treatment.
