鼠神经生长因子治疗视神经脊髓炎的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor on neuromyelitis optica

目的：观察鼠神经生长因子治疗视神经脊髓炎的临床效果。方法选择解放军第一五九中心医院2012年6月至2013年12月收治的60例视神经脊髓炎患者为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，每组30例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，实验组患者在对照组治疗基础上行鼠神经生长因子治疗，对两组临床疗效、视力及肌力改善等情况进行比较。结果实验组治疗总有效率为91.43％，与对照组的71.43％比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。两组患者视力提高2级时间[（7.12±2.82）d vs（12.38±4.31）d]、肌力提高2级时间[（7.32±3.22）d vs（10.46±2.63）d]及视网膜神经纤维层厚度[（108.52±20.15）μm vs（80.36±18.75）μm]比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论鼠神经生长因子治疗视神经脊髓炎效果明显，能有效恢复视力，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of mouse nerve growth factors on neuromy-elitis optica.Methods Sixty patients with neuromyelitis optica from June 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the experiment group was given mouse nerve growth factor on the basis of the routine treatment, the clinical curative effects, vision and strength improvement of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of experiment group was 91.43%, and 71.43%of the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.In addition, the differences of vis-ual acuity improved in 2 level time [（7.12 ±2.82） d vs （12.38 ±4.31） d], muscle strength improved 2 level time [（7.32 ±3.22） d vs （10.46 ±2.63）d] and the thickness of RNFLT [（108.52 ±20.15）μm vs （80.36 ±18.75）μm ] between the two groups were significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusions The effect of mouse nerve growth factor on neuromyelitis optica is obviously, and can effectively restore vision, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
