腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗宫外孕疗效分析

Efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on ectopic pregnancy

目的：分析腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2014年1月太原市太航医院收治的宫外孕患者58例，随机分为两组后分别进行手术治疗，开腹组患者（ n＝29）给予开腹手术治疗，腹腔镜组则采取腹腔镜手术疗法，比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数及再次妊娠情况。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间依次为（49.11±9.29）min、（72.18±16.52）ml、（5.31±1.17）d，均低于开腹组患者水平；且腹腔镜组再次宫外孕率仅为10.3％，远低于开腹组，上述四项指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕的疗效更优，能够提高手术安全性，促进术后恢复，值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery on ectopic preg-nancy.Methods Selected 58 cases of ectopic pregnancy from January 2013 to January 2014 in Taihang Hospital,58 cases were randomly divided into two groups respectively, laparotomy group（ n=29） was given open surgery, laparoscopy group was given laparoscopic surgical therapy.The operative time, blood loss, hospital stay and second pregnancy was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the operative time, blood loss and hospital stay of laparoscopy were （49.11 ±9.29） min, （72.18 ±16.52） ml, （5.31 ±1.17） d, which were lower than the levels in laparotomy group;the second ectopic pregnancy rate of laparoscopic group was only 10.3%, which was lower than that of the open group, the differences of these four indexes between the groups were significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusions The efficacy of laparoscop-ic surgery on ectopic pregnancy is better, it can improve surgical safety, promote postoperative recovery, so it should be popularized.
