阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效

Efficacy of Azithromycin sequential therapy on children with Mycoplasma pneumonia

目的：探讨阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法选取2011年7月至2013年12月支原体肺炎患儿90例，将其随机分为两组，对照组采用红霉素治疗，实验组采用阿奇霉素序贯治疗，对比两组疗效。结果实验组总有效率（91.1％）优于对照组（77.8％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组不良反应明显少于对照组。结论采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎，疗效显著，安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Azithromycin sequential therapy on children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods From July 2011 and December 2013, 90 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups.Control group was treated with erythromycin, experimental group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy, and they therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of experiment group （91.1%） was better than that of the control group （77.8%）, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Azithromycin sequential therapy has significant effect on children with mycoplasma pneumonia, is safe and reliable, it is recommended to further promoted in clinical practice.
