芽孢杆菌制剂对断奶仔猪血液和免疫指标的影响

Effects of Bacillus Preparation on the Blood and Immunologic Indices in Weaned Piglets

试验针对不同芽孢杆菌复合制剂对断奶仔猪血液学指标、血液生化指标和免疫功能的影响进行了研究。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础日粮中分别添加凝结芽孢杆菌+巨大芽孢杆菌、酪酸菌+巨大芽孢杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌+酪酸菌、凝结芽孢杆菌+酪酸菌+巨大芽孢杆菌复合制剂,添加量0.2%,饲喂43d。结果表明,各组的血液红细胞数、白细胞数、血小板数和血红蛋白浓度均无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组的血清谷丙转氨酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐和葡萄糖含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的血清谷草转氨酶含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),但试验Ⅲ、Ⅳ组则显著提高(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),但试验Ⅳ组则显著提高(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组的血清IgG和IgM含量与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),但试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组则显著提高(P<0.05)。研究结果为芽孢杆菌在养殖业中的应用提供了一定的理论依据和参考价值。

This paper was conducted to investigate the effects of a diet supplemented various Bacillus complex preparation on the hematological indice,blood biochemical indice and immunologic function in weaned piglets.The control group was fed the basal diet.The experiment groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ andⅣ were supplemented Bacillus coagulans＋Bacillus megaterium,Clostridium butyricun＋Bacillus megaterium,Bacillus coagulans＋Clostridium butyricun,Bacillus coagulans＋Clostridium butyricun＋Bacillus megaterium complex preparation,respectively.The supplemented content was 0.2%,and the experiment last for 43 days.All of the groups had no significant differences on the red blood cell count,white blood cell count,blood platelet count and hemoglobin concentration（P〉0.05）.All of the groups had no significant differences on the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase,total protein,albumin,urea nitrogen,creatinine and glucose（P〉0.05）.The experiment groupsⅠ,Ⅱ and control group had no significant differences on the serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase（P〉0.05）,which was significantly increased in experiment groupsⅢ and Ⅳ（P〈0.05）.The experiment groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and control group had nosignificant differences on the serum levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride（P〉0.05）,which were significantly increased in experiment group Ⅳ（P〈0.05）.The experiment group Ⅰ and control group had no significant differences on the serum levels of IgG and IgM（P〉0.05）,which were significantly increased in experiment groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ（P〈0.05）.The investigate results in this paper provided some theory evidence and reference value for the application of Bacillus in the aquaculture field.
