摘要
应用锁磷剂1号进行富营养化水体沉积物内源磷控制的模拟实验研究.结果表明,锁磷剂1号对磷酸根的吸附以表面单分子层吸附为主.在实验条件下,当锁磷剂1号的投加量为30 mg·L-1时,总磷(TP)平均去除率可达81%~82%.调控实验结束后,空白对照组沉积物中具有活性的有机磷(Org-P)和铁铝结合态磷(Fe/Al-P)含量减少16.3%~18.3%,钙结合态磷(Ca-P)基本不变;投加锁磷剂1号的沉积物中Fe/Al-P含量增加3.9%~5.3%,Org-P含量减少11.3%~12.1%,Ca-P含量基本保持不变.实验结束时,各组水体中La3+质量浓度为1.19~1.89μg·L-1,Al3+质量浓度为81.16~85.82μg·L-1,均处于安全的浓度范围内.
A experimental study on controlling the release of phosphorus from eutrophic water sediments using a novel phosphorus binding agent,phosphorus binding agent No. 1,were conducted. The results show that phosphorus binding agent No. 1 adsorbs phosphate mainly by monolayer adsorption on the surface. In the experiment,the phosphorus binding agent removal rate of total phosphorus( TP) were 81% ~ 82% under the dosage of 30 mg·L- 1. In the blank control group,organic phosphorus and iron aluminum bound phosphorus( Org-P and Fe / Al-P) contents in sediments reduced by 16. 3% ~ 18. 3% at the end of the experiment and calcium bound phosphorus( Ca-P) content remained unchanged. In the group of phosphorus control agent No. 1,the content of the Fe / Al-P in the sediment increased by 3. 9% ~ 5. 3%,and Org-P content decreased by 11. 3%~ 12. 1%,Ca-P content remained unchanged. After the test,the contents of La3 +,Al3 +in the overlying water were determined. The concentration range of La3 +and Al3 +are 1. 19 ~ 1. 89 μg·L- 1,81. 16 ~ 85. 82 μg·L- 1respectively,which are relatively safe concentration range.
