炎性因子在心房颤动中的作用研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 心房颤动（atrial fibrillation,AF）是临床常见的心律失常,随着年龄的增长,其发病率呈增高趋势,年龄〉65岁人群AF发生率为5%,年龄〉75岁可达10%[1]。随着世界人口老龄化趋势的加速,AF已成为影响公众健康的重要医疗问题[2]。AF发生后,心房失去有效收缩,心室率快而不规则,引起血流动力学改变,导致心脏功能受损.
