固相酶解技术在动物粪处理领域的探讨

摘要 利用固相酶解技术分别对鸡粪、猪粪进行饲料化处理,以获得再生饲料。通过对粪便前处理工艺、酶的种类及添加量等参数进行优化,获得再生饲料生产的最优工艺。产品检测结果为,鸡粪、猪粪再生饲料中粗蛋白质质量分数分别为23.80%和15.15%,酸溶蛋白质量分数分别为14.80%和7.94%,经固相酶解处理后酸溶蛋白与粗蛋白质的比值较直接烘干组提升18.82%、19.16%;处理后酸溶蛋白含量增加值与真蛋白的比值分别为29.06%、28.22%。再生饲料中细菌总数≤1 000CFU/g,呕吐毒素含量平均下降34.8%。 Poultry manure and swine manure were processed in feed resource to obtain regenerated feed by solid phase en- zyme technology. The pretreatment process of manure and the type and addition amount of enzyme were optimized. It was indi- cated that crude protein content of poultry manure feed and swine manure feed were 23. 80% and 15.15% ,respectively,and acid soluble protein content were 14.80 % and 7.94 %, respectively. The content of crude protein and acid soluble protein by the solid phase enzyme hydrolysis were increased by 19.16% and 18. 82% than that of drying group;the ratio of the added value of the acid soluble protein content and the real protein were 29.06 % and 28.22 %, respectively;the total number of bacteria in regen- eration feed are less than 1 000 CFU/g,and the content of vomitoxin reduced by 34.8% on average.
