摘要
研究了Inconel X-750弹簧中夹杂物的显微形貌。结果表明,弹簧的化学成分满足Inconel X-750规范要求,微观组织主要有奥氏体+强化相组成,其间均匀分布氮化钛和钛铌合金夹杂物。合金中夹杂物尺寸为10~15μm,大于夹杂物的临界尺寸5μm,易于成为弹簧疲劳裂纹的裂纹源。
The microstructures of the inclusions in Inconel X-750 spring were investigated.The results show that the chemical composition meets the requirements of the Inconel X-750.The microstructure of the spring is made of mainly austenite and strengthening phase,and the inclusions titanium nitride and Nb-Ti alloy distribute inside uniformly.The inclusion size in the alloy is 10~15 μm,which is larger than the critical size of the inclusion(5 μm),so the inclusion region is easy to become the crack source of fatigue crack of the spring.
