摘要
采用电弧喷涂方法在20钢表面制备Fe Cr Ni BSi Mo和Fe Cr Ni Nb BSi Mo涂层,研究其微观组织和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,电弧喷涂20钢表面Fe Cr Ni Nb BSi Mo涂层是由金属相、氧化物以及孔隙组成的,其抗高温氧化性能优于Fe Cr Ni BSi Mo涂层。
Fe Cr Ni BSi Mo and Fe Cr Ni Nb BSi Mo coating on aisi-steel were prepared by electric arc spraying,and the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the coatings were studied.The results show that the Fe Cr Ni Nb BSi Mo coating constitutes with metal phase,oxide and pore.The high temperature corrosion resistance of the Fe Cr Ni Nb BSi Mo coating is better than that of Fe Cr Ni BSi Mo coating.
