摘要
对数控机床主轴用镁合金进行微合金化处理,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和力学性能测试等手段,研究微合金化元素La和Nd对机床主轴用微观组织、常温力学性能和高温力学性能的影响。结果表明,Mg-Nd合金的常温与高温力学性能要优于Mg-La合金。当Nd含量为2%时,可以取得最佳的常温和高温力学性能。
The effect of micro-al loyed elements La and Nd on microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy were studied by optical microscope,X ray diffraction,SEM and mechanical property testing.The results show that Mg-Nd alloy has higher mechanical properties than Mg-La alloy both at room temperature and high temperature.The optimal mechanical properties of the alloy at room and elevated temperatures can be gotten when the Nd content is 2%.
