Exploration and Practice of Training Mode of Vocational Foundry Student Based on Engineering Philosophy

铸造学生在校期间学习各种铸造技术以及其蕴含的科学原理,毕业后从事铸造工程活动。工程人员担负着通过工程营造人类未来的重大使命,他们在工程活动中的选择直接决定着工程对人类的最终影响。本文进行了基于工程哲学的高职铸造人才的社会责任感、创新能力、实践能力培养模式探索,开创了一条全新的培养途径。

The casting students learn a variety of casting techniques and scientific principles in school,engage casting engineering activities after graduation.The engineering personnel charge with creating the future of humanity by engineering major mission,their chosen directly determines the final impact of the project on human beings.In this paper,a new training mode based on engineering philosophy was tried,which improve vocational casting student＇s social responsibility,innovation ability,practical ability,create a completely new way how to train personnel.
