摘要
在中频感应熔化炉实际应用中,发现叠片导磁体发热情况很不均匀,与一般的计算方法计算出的结果存在较大差异。研究发现:由于对磁场在导磁体的入射角度存在误区,导致对磁体本身发热情况产生了偏差。找出了普遍存在的问题及解决方法,并在实际应用中得到了很好的检验。
In actual application,there is uneven thermal state of laminated core,and larger differences exists between the actual testing results and the calculation results by general calculation method.The research found,due to the errors in laminated core of incident angle,there was a deviation of magnet itself fever situation.The general problem and the solution methodit were found,and the good use was obtained in actual application.
