摘要
为改善水平母线铸造机在运行中出现的各种故障,提高水平母线铸造机控制有效性,特基于PLC技术实施水平母线铸造机控制系统优化设计,并将其应用在实际运行过程中,提高了水平母线铸造机生产效率,并且为水平母线铸造机运行平稳性提供保障。基于PLC技术的水平母线铸造机控制系统设计在实际中的应用,具有运行高效平稳以及减少电能损耗等的优势,表明本次优化设计具有应用价值。
