摘要
为提高有色铜冶炼所用的铸铁阳极模的品质(浇铜量),在分析阳极模的工作原理和失效模式的基础上,从材料界定、化学成分确定、备料、配料、工艺保障等方面进行了阳极模材料研究。最终,在其他措施的配合下,使用新材料的阳极模浇铜量平均由2010年的每块160~180 t达到目前的260~280 t,使用寿命大为提高。
In order to improve the pouring copper content of cast iron anode molds used in smelting non-ferrous copper,on the basis of the analysis on the working principle and failure mode of anode molds,the material used for anode molds was researched,including material definition,chemical composition selection,ingredients,technological security etc.Finally,the average pouring copper content of new material anode molds increase to 260 ~ 280 t/p in 2014 from 160 ~180 t/p in 2010,the service life is greatly improved.
