摘要
针对在铸造生产上出现的干燥石灰石原砂和水玻璃混制后的型砂,在用CO2气体进行硬化时,出现难以硬化、硬化强度不高的问题,从水玻璃CO2硬化的机理进行分析,找出水玻璃砂不能硬化的原因,提出加适量水可解决水玻璃砂吹CO2硬化强度低的理论依据。并在生产中实践,证明了理论的正确性,从而解决了干燥石灰石原砂和水玻璃混制所得的型砂用CO2气体进行硬化时的硬化强度低问题。
Aimed at the problems of difficult hardening and low strength of CO2 hardening sodium silicate sand after mixing dry limestone and sodium silicate sand,from the analysis on hardening mechanism of sodium silicate sand,the cause why sodium silicate sand can not harden was found out,and the strength theory that adding a small amount of water may solve the problems was put forward and was applied in practice.The problems of difficult hardening and low strength of dry limestone sodium silicate sand were solved.
