摘要
在生产厚大断面球墨铸铁件时,当受铸件结构影响而不能采用常规方式冷却时,采用一种铸型的水冷系统强制冷却方式。通过强冷方式来保证铸件凝固时间符合工艺要求,而获得合格的铸件。
In the manufacture of large section ductile iron castings,when the conventional cooling mode is not avaliable due to the effect of casting structure,a more extreme way of forced water cooling systerm was used.The method uses forced cooling way to ensure the solidification time of large section ductile iron castings in the requirements of the casting process,so as to obtain the qualified castings.
