摘要
研究了疏松缺陷对铸造镍基高温合金K492在700℃时高周疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,疏松会引起高周疲劳裂纹的形成,并能加快疲劳裂纹扩展。疏松对K492合金的高周疲劳性能的影响主要与疏松尺寸以及疏松存在的位置有关。
The effects of porositie s on the 700 ℃ high-cycle fatigue performance of the nickel-based casting superalloy K492 were investigated.The results show that porosities may initiate the fatigue cracks and increase their propagation rate.It was suggested that the HCF property of K492 superalloy would be mainly related to the size and the position of the porosities.
