肺切除术后心脏疝1例并文献复习 被引量：2

A case report of cardiac herniation after pneumonectomy and literatures review

摘要 肺切除术后心脏疝于1948年由Bettman首次报道，是指心脏组织经心包缺损处疝出心包外所发生的紧急病理状态，临床表现为严重的血流动力学紊乱。若不能及时诊断和治疗，将会危及生命。我院于2012年5月成功诊治了1例肺切除术后心脏疝的患者，现总结并复习相关文献报告如下。
