摘要
恶性肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的多发病和常见病,肿瘤患者的死亡率一直处于前列。对于肿瘤的治疗通常是通过手术切除病灶,对于无法通过外科治疗的患者,可以采用放射治疗、药物化疗、免疫疗法及基因治疗等。随着基因组学和分子生物学的发展,目前肿瘤基因治疗已成为肿瘤治疗研究的热点领域之一。BC-819是一种双链DNA质粒,可表达白喉毒素A,对肿瘤细胞具有杀伤作用,目前在肿瘤的基因治疗中的研究日益增多,现就其在肿瘤治疗中的进展作一综述。
Malignant tumor, as a common and frequently -occurring disease, is a serious threat to human health, and cancer mortality rates have been at a higher level. Tumor is usually treated by operation resection of the lesion, while for the patients losing the chance of surgical treatment, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and gene ther- apy can be used as a attempt. Nowadays, with the development of genomics and molecular biology, gene therapy for tumor has become one of the hottest areas of cancer therapy. BC - 819 ( DTA - H19) is a double - stranded DNA plas- mid carrying the genc for the A subunit of diphtheria toxin under the regulation of the H19 gene promoter, and has a killing effect on tumor cells. Now, the study of its role in tumor's gene therapy is growing, we review its progress in cancer therapy.
