股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间及转子下骨折失败原因分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间及转子下骨折失败的原因。方法我院使用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间及转子下骨折失败患者9例,采用logistic回归分析探讨失败的原因。结果 9例患者中3例术后出现螺钉断裂,3例出现近端螺钉切出,1例出现钢板断裂,2例出现螺钉松动伴髋内翻畸形。股骨近端小转子的复位是股骨近端锁定钢板治疗失败的独立危险因素(P<0.05),年龄、性别、糖尿病、体重指数、吸烟、骨质疏松不是股骨近端锁定钢板失败的危险因素(P>0.05)。结论股骨近端小转子复位是股骨近端锁定钢板失败的重要危险因素。 Objective To analyze the reasons of proximal femoral locking plate failure. Methods Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the seasons of 9 patients with proximal femoral locking plate failure. Results Of the 9 patients,there were 3 cases with screw fracture,3 with proximal screw cutout,one case with steel plate fracture and 2 with loose screw with hip varus deformity. Restoration of femoral proximal small rotor was an independent risk factor for the failure( P〈0. 05) while age,gender,diabetes,body mass index,smoking or osteoporosis were not failure seasons( P〉0. 05). Conclusion The restoration of femoral proximal small rotor is an important risk factor for proximal femoral locking plate failure.
