应用PDCA循环法持续改进护士对临床“危急值”规范处置的效果评价

The effect evaluation of application of PDCA circulation method to continuously improve the nurses' standard disposal of clinical " critical value"

目的探讨应用PDCA循环法持续改进护士对临床"危急值"规范处置的方法和效果。方法应用PDCA循环法对护士进行临床"危急值"规范处置,进行有效实施、效果评价和持续改进,时间6个月,比较改进前后护士对"危急值"处置有关知识知晓度、危急值登记本缺陷率、危急值护理记录缺陷率情况。结果改进后护士对"危急值"处置有关知识知晓度较改进前明显提高,危急值登记本缺陷率、危急值护理记录缺陷率较改进前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PDCA循环法能持续改进护士对临床"危急值"规范处置的质量,从而保障患者生命安全。

Objective To study the application of PDCA circulation method to improve the methods and effects of nurses＇ standard disposal of clinical ＂critical value＂. Methods The PDCA circulation method was applied for effective implementation,effect evaluation and continuous improvement of nurses＇ standard disposal of clinical ＂critical value＂. Through six-month rectification,the nurses＇ relevant knowledge,the defect rate of＂critical value＂registration form and the defect rate of nursing records of ＂ critical value＂ were compared before and after the improvement. Results The nurses＇ relevant knowledge about the disposal of ＂critical value＂was improved. The defect rate of ＂critical value＂registration form and the defect rate of nursing records of ＂ critical value＂ were obviously decreased. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The PDCA circulation method can improve nurses＇ operation quality and effect of the disposal of clinical ＂ critical value＂,thus,ensure the safety of patients.
