摘要
目的探讨理气复胃口服液的最佳煎煮工艺。方法以大黄总蒽醌含量和干膏率为指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对煎煮工艺的影响,应用正交实验设计优选出理气复胃口服液的最佳煎煮工艺条件。结果煎煮次数对工艺的影响程度最大,加水量次之,煎煮时间最小。结论优选出的最佳工艺为:加10倍水,煎煮2次,每次1小时。经验证该工艺稳定可行。
Objective To investigate the optimal decoction process of Liqifuwei oral liquid. Methods By using orthogonal test with indexes of content of rhubarb total anthraquinone and dry paste rate,the effect of adding water,decocting time and decocting times on the decoction were observed. Results The optimal process was 10 times water of medicinal material,decocting 2 times,and 1hour each time. Conclusion The process is stable and feasible,and the operation is simple and suitable for production.
