摘要 目的探讨时间-空间关联成像(spatiotemporal image correlation,STIC)技术在完全性大动脉转位(complete transposition of the great arteries,CTGA)产前超声诊断中的临床价值。方法常规超声心动图诊断为CTGA的胎儿14例行STIC+高分辨力血流显像(HDF)容积数据采集,分析STIC超声的特征性表现。结果 14例均成功采集到合格的容积数据。断层超声显像(STIC-TUI)模式特征表现:在同一屏各断层图显示肺动脉与主动脉平行从心室发出,肺动脉从左室发出,主动脉从右室发出;左室、肺动脉、动脉导管与右室、主动脉弓形成典型"双管猎枪"征。高分辨力血流显像(STIC-HDF)模式显示大动脉长轴切面呈"双头蛇"征象。结论 STIC技术可以将容积数据后处理,获得常规超声心动图无法获得的空间结构信息,能提高心室与大动脉连接关系的显示,可应用于产前CTGA的诊断。
