对神经内科多发性硬化症病人糖皮质激素应用的药学服务

Pharmaceutical care for the patients with multiple sclerosis treated with glucocorticoid in the Department of Neurology of the hospital

目的:探索神经内科临床药师工作新切入点,为多发性硬化症(multiple sclerosis,MS)病人提供药学服务,促进糖皮质激素合理用药。方法:临床药师通过参与MS病人的诊疗过程,开展糖皮质激素使用的药学监护,总结和建立对此类病人的药学监护模式,并在典型病例中进行应用和评价。结果:临床药师在神经内科开展MS病人糖皮质激素的药学监护可在用药指征把握、具体品种选择、用法用量确定及用药监护等方面发挥作用,促进糖皮质激素安全、有效地使用,也使得临床药师在神经内科工作模式得以补充。结论:MS病人大量使用糖皮质激素,需要特殊用药监护,是临床药师在神经内科开展药学服务的新切入点。

Objective： To explore new access for clinical pharmacists in the Department of Neurology, offer pharmaceutical care for multiple sclerosis （MS） patients treated with glucocorticoid, and promote rational medication of glucocorticoid clinical- ly. Methods： Through direct involvement in the process of diagnosis and treatment of MS patients, clinical pharmacists per- formed pharmaceutical monitoring in the application of glucocorticoid, summarized and established the mode of pharmaceutical monitoring for such kind of patients, and more importantly evaluate the practical application of the drug in typical cases. Results： In pharmaceutical care for the patients with MS treated with glucocorticoid, clinical pharmacists could play an impor- tant role in the recognition of indications, the selection of drugs, as well as the determination of drug dosage and administra- tion, thus enhancing the safety and efficacy of glueocorticoid, and facilitating clinical pharmacists to have another supplementa- ry method of pharmaceutical care in the Department of Neurology. Conclusion： In the treatment of the disease, MS patients consumed a large amount of glucocorticoid, which required special pharmaceutical monitoring. For this reason, it came to be a new access for clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care.
