摘要 目的:通过设置药房药品高低储量及请领数量进行电脑自动领药,并与手工领药的效果进行比较。方法:按Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3类分别设置高低储量及请领数量,分析影响因素,比较手工领药和按高低储量自动领药效果。结果:合理的低储数量要以统计时段实际用药天数平均日用药量来计算,对实际用药天数>6d的药品还要考虑最大日用药量。按高低储量自动领药与手工领药比较,6个月领药单总数由432张降到206张,下降52.3%;漏领断货品种总数由263种降到45种,下降82.9%;6个月平均库存周转率由193%上升到196%,上升1.55%,资金周转加快;单次领药工作量由1个人花约1h检查后输入电脑,减少为只需1min就能在电脑上完成。结论:高低储量自动领药可降低药品漏领率,提高工作效率。 Objective: To implement computer-aided automatic drug drawing through the approach of setting high and low drug reserves in the pharmacy and requisition quantity and also to compare the efficiency of the system with that of the manual system. Methods:High and low drug reserves and requisition quantity were established in accordance with the categories of drugs Ⅰ , Ⅱand Ⅲ and influential factors were analyzed accordingly. Then, comparisons were made between the manual drug drawing and the automatic high/low drug drawing. Results: The amount of rationally low drug reserve should be calculat- ed on the basis of daily drug consumption averaged by actual days during the count time. Highest daily consumption should be considered for those drugs when the actual days of consumption were over 6 days. As compared with the manual drug drawing, the total amount of drug drawing sheets for the high and low drug drawing in 6 months were reduced from 432 to 206, with a reduction rate of 52.3 ~/oo. The number of failure-to-draw and out-of-stock drugs was reduced from 263 to 45, with a reduction rate of 82.9%. The monthly inventory turn-over rate on the average in 6 months was increased from 193% to 196~//00, with an increase rate of 1.55 ~, which indicated higher capital utilization. The workload of a single drug drawing for one man (inclu- ding one hour of check and then feed into the computer)was decreased to one minute, when it was done on the computer. Coneluslon: Computer-aided automatic drug drawing by high and low drug reserves could reduce the rate of failure of drawing and improve the working efficiency of the pharmacy.
