The Establishing of Global Products Quality & Safety Information Collection System Based on Web Crawler Technology

通过建立一个基于"网络爬虫"技术的全球产品质量安全信息采集系统,针对全球主要国家就中国产品在其市场的质量安全信息(包括退运、召回、下架、销毁、通报、索赔等)自动收集和分类整理,实现对中国出口产品质量安全的实时监控,为后续建立中国出口产品国外质量安全信息的披露机制和处置机制,科学构建后市场监管制度奠定基础。

Changing from the traditional ex-ante supervision to mid and post supervision has become inevitable to the Inspection and Quarantine regulation System＇s reform. The prerequisite for post-market supervision is to collect and analyze the quality and safety information for China export products. By establishing a global product quality and safety information collection system based on ‘web crawler＇tech, it is focusing on collecting and classifying the quality and safety information automatically including cargo withdrawal, recall, shelf off, destroy, alarming notice, and claim etc. Not only this system can realize the real-time monitoring of China export products＇ quality and safety, but also it lays a foundation for the future export goods quality safety information disclosure disposal mechanism, and building the scientific post market supervision system.
