摘要
用发展的哲学观点,客观分析中国食品安全发展过程中存在的问题。通过回顾出口食品安全管理发展的历史,对出口食品安全与国内食品安全管理的主要不同之处进行了比较,探讨当今食品安全及管理发展的趋势。根据出口食品安全管理的成功经验并结合中国国内的实际情况,提出了参照出口食品安全管理的思路全面加强国内食品安全管理的措施建议。
Through an evolutionary philosophical viewpoint, the author gives us an objective analysis about the problems existed in China's food safety development. A thorough comparison is made on the main differences between the exported food safety and domestic food safety management by a retrospection of the history of the development of the exported food safety management. The thesis also brings a discussion about the tendency of nowadays food safety management development and presents the proposals of wholly strengthening the domestic food safety management by drawing on the experiences of exported food safety management on the basis of the latter's successful experiences and our country's actual situations.
