Clinical analysis on the causes of artificial abortion in 1 082 women

目的了解宝应县妇女人工流产原因及避孕现状,探讨如何采取干预措施防止意外妊娠,减少人工流产。方法对宝应县计划生育指导站2013年6月至2014年5月自愿要求人工流产的1 082例妇女采用自行设计的调查问卷,以问答的方式进行访谈,调查其避孕情况及意外妊娠原因。结果意外妊娠原因主要为未避孕和避孕失败,未避孕177例(16.36%),其中未婚及45岁以上妇女所占比例较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);避孕失败866例(80.04%),依次为避孕套(43.99%)、宫内节育器(25.14%)、安全期(6.38%)避孕失败。结论要加强避孕知识的宣传,指导育龄妇女及时落实避孕措施,正确掌握避孕方法,提高避孕有效率。

Objective To explore the causes of artificial abortion and the status of contraception of women in Baoying County, to discuss how to take intervention measures to prevent unplanned pregnancy in order to reduce artificial abortion. Methods A total of 1 082 women underwent artificial abortion in Family Planning Guidance Station of Baoying County during Jun 2013 to May 2014 were interviewed by self - designed questionnaire, to survey the status of contraception and reasons of unplanned pregnancy. Results The main reasons of unplanned pregnancy were without contraception and contraception failure. 177 cases （16. 36 % ） were without contraception, unmarried and age 〉 45 accounted for a large proportion, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. 866 cases （80. 04 % ） were with contraception failure, the reasons were： condom use （43.99 % ）, intrauterine device （IDU） （25.14 % ）, safe period （6. 38 % ）. Conclusion It＇ s important to strengthen the propaganda of contraception knowledge, to guide the people in childbearing age to adopt the contraception measures and grasp the contraception methods correctly, in order to improve the contraceptive effectiveness.
