皖江城市带承接产业转移背景下安徽省技能型人才培养策略研究

On Strategies of Training Skilled Talents in the Context of Carrying on Industry Transfer in City Clusters along Yangtze River

国家发展与改革委员促进皖江城市带承接产业转移这一产业政策会促进安徽省产业结构的升级和所需求的人才结构的变化。安徽省人才市场对于大专、本科和硕士及以上人才呈现供大于求现象,对于中职人才和对于初级工、中级工、高级工、技师、高级技师、技术员、工程师和高级工程师等技能型人才呈现供不应求的现象。以上现象表明安徽省应当继续大力发展职业教育,政府应当对企业和院校给予政策和资金支持,高职高专和应用型本科应以培养技能型人才为目标,调整办学思路和专业设置,继续推进向职业型应用型转型。

The industrial policy of accelerating industrial transfer in city clusters along Yangtze River in Anhui by National Development and Reform Committee will upgrade the industrial structure in Anhui province, which will change the structure of talents demand in the labor market. Studies show a phenomenon in Anhui labor market, that is, the supply of bachelor and master graduates exceeds their demand, while the supply of secondary vocational graduates and skilled talents such as technicians, senior technicians, engineers, senior engineers falls behind their demand. Based on the above phenomenori, this thesis suggests that the government o{ Anhui province should grant policy privilege and finance aid to develop vocational education vigorously; higher vocational colleges and application-typed universities should aim at cultivating skilled talents, adiust schooling thoughts and specialty setup, and carry on transformation to vocational and applied colleges and universities.
