摘要
针对信号系统应用设计过程的特点,借鉴6δ的质量控制和改进思想,摒弃以往应用设计中只是追求缺陷数量少的非理性质量控制方法,描述信号应用设计过程的基础上对信号系统应用设计的质量控制过程和质量数据的收集进行说明,提出信号应用设计过程质量合理评价和监控的方法,以及逐步改进的建议。
According to characteristics of the signaling system deployment process, taking the Six Sigma quality control and improvement ideas into account and abandoning the pursuit of irrational concern on few defect during deployment, this paper describes the process of deployment quality control and methods of defect data collection based on signaling system deployment process clarifi cation, and proposes the reasonable quality evaluation and monitoring methods with gradual improvement suggestion to signaling system deployment.
